While we strive to deliver high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds can be requested, and how we process them to ensure a hassle-free experience for you.
📌 Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange for most items purchased from Kiddoora within 2 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
The product must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Items must be returned in their complete, original form with any included accessories, manuals, or freebies.
📌 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories of products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Personal care and baby care products (e.g., feeding bottles, pacifiers, diapers)
Customized or personalized items
Gift cards and vouchers
Items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
📌 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@kiddoora.com with your order number, clear photographs of the product, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange for a free pick-up and either send a replacement product or issue a full refund, as per your preference.
📌 Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your return request. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during the purchase. In case of cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, for which bank details will be requested via email.
Please Note:
Shipping charges, if applicable at the time of purchase, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Partial refunds may be granted for products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
📌 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you wish to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at contact@kiddoora.com with your order details and reason for exchange. Exchange approvals will be subject to product availability.
📌 Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. To request a cancellation, please email contact@kiddoora.com with your order number and cancellation reason. If the order has already been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted, but you may initiate a return request once the order is delivered, subject to the conditions of this policy.

To request a return, refund, or exchange:

Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, the reason for return, and photographs (if applicable).
Our customer care team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with instructions and, if approved, a pick-up schedule.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.
Hand over the package to our logistics partner at the time of pick-up.
